How to Play TokenLordsRPG: Your First Week, Planned

TokenLords rewards a little strategy early. This is the route veterans wish they'd known: what to build, what to fight and what to ignore until later.

First goal: Kingdom Tower 3

Everything in your first days points at one milestone — Kingdom Tower level 3. It's your first real power spike and it makes you eligible for the weekly $TLRPG rewards distribution. Every priority below feeds that climb.

Session one, step by step

  • Pick your class. Warrior, Mage, Rogue, Archer or Healer — each has its own skill kit. All five clear early content fine; pick the fantasy you like.
  • Collect your five businesses. They produce wheat, wood, rock, cloth and food nonstop. Collecting takes seconds and funds everything else.
  • Fight monsters at your level. Kills pay Bronze, XP and a chest, all credited automatically. Check the monster's element first — countering it fights at +2 effective tiers.
  • Clear the bounty board. Bounties gate Kingdom Tower upgrades, so treat the board as your quest log.
  • Send pets out. Any pet you own can explore the world map, revealing resource nodes and hauling loot home while you're offline.

Chests, gear and the forge

Chests come in resource and armory flavors, in rising material tiers (wood, bronze, silver, gold and beyond). Armory chests drop gear, and higher-tier chests dramatically improve the odds of high-tier pieces. Once duplicates pile up, take them to the Mystic Forge — five identical pieces merge into a stronger one, and the Safe option never fails.

Adventures & idle farming

Clues drop from monster kills. Spend them on Adventures — passive expeditions that run from 1 to 40 hours and generate armory chests while you're away. The rhythm that works: chain short adventures while you're active, then launch a long one before bed and collect a stack of chests with your morning coffee.

The five-minute daily loop

  • Collect overnight business and land production
  • Collect returned pets and send them back out
  • Clear a bounty or two
  • Open your daily chest and any adventure rewards

That's genuinely enough to keep compounding. Raids, the Gauntlet ladder, market flipping and guild wars are there whenever you want a deep session.

Costs scale — plan ahead. Each business, tower and chest tier costs more than the last: early levels cost pocket change, later ones want rare materials from the world map. Exact prices show in-game on every upgrade screen before you commit.
