1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenLordsRPG ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Game Description

TokenLordsRPG is a browser-based RPG game featuring in-game currencies (Bronze, $TLRPG) and resources. The Game is currently in Simulation Phase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Game. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding online gaming and cryptocurrency.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person — multi-accounting is prohibited
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or security vulnerabilities is prohibited

5. In-Game Economy

  • $TLRPG tokens and EUR balances are subject to game rules and withdrawal limits
  • Withdrawal requests are processed through the Fair Distribution Algorithm
  • Anti-whale limits apply: maximum 20% of balance per weekly withdrawal, 5% of pool per request
  • The team reserves the right to adjust economic parameters for stability

TokenLordsRPG is a game, not a financial product. No content constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Play responsibly.

7. VIP Subscriptions

VIP subscriptions are optional and provide in-game convenience boosts. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You cannot downgrade to a lower VIP tier.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Market manipulation or exploiting the trading system
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation tools (unless explicitly allowed)
  • Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior toward other players
  • Attempting to manipulate token prices or reward distributions

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from gameplay, token value fluctuations, technical issues, or withdrawal processing.
