TokenLordsRPG is not being built as another short-term crypto game. We are building a browser-based fantasy RPG with a real in-game economy, long-term progression, fixed token supply, permanent burns, player rewards, land, pets, guilds, PvP, trading, creator tools, physical collectibles, and a future Web3 transition.

Roadmap uses estimated years, not guaranteed dates. Some systems depend on each other.

TokenLordsRPG is currently in the foundation phase. This stage is about proving the economy before scaling it. Players in beta are helping us test the gameplay loop, rewards, token burns, progression systems, guild systems, land mechanics, and real economy behavior.

Pets are one of the biggest upcoming systems in TokenLordsRPG. They are not only cosmetics — they are companions, assets, workers, transporters, collectibles, and future economy drivers. Pets are planned to become the main system connecting gameplay, land, trading, physical collectibles, and $TLRPG burns.

Trading is one of the most important systems in TokenLordsRPG — and one of the most sensitive. A real trading system creates earning opportunities, stronger resource value, deeper gameplay, and stronger $TLRPG utility. But if launched too fast, it can break the economy. Trading will only expand in ways that protect the game.

TokenLordsRPG is preparing a planned Pi Network integration path focused on Pi payments and rewards. Pi Network has a large mobile-first community with developer tools, Pi Browser, Pi SDK, and an ecosystem focused on utility. Gaming is one of the strongest possible use cases for that ecosystem.

TokenLordsRPG is currently Web2-first by design — for speed, control, and flexibility while building the foundation. But the long-term plan is Web3. Before moving on-chain, the game economy must be stable, legal structure ready, smart contracts secure, and foundation proven.

Why We Build in Phases

TokenLordsRPG is not a simple update pipeline where every feature ships in a straight line. Systems are deeply interconnected. We build in flexible phases because we are building for years, not weeks.

Pets affect land

Pet transport and hatching systems change the value of land placement and ownership.

Where you own land affects how long deliveries take and how much logistics costs.

Rewards affect the whole economy

Player behavior is shaped by rewards, which loops back to gameplay, progression, spending, burns, and growth. That is why we balance carefully before scaling.

Sometimes we move forward. Sometimes we return to rebalance. Sometimes one system must wait for another to become stable. This is not delay — this is responsible economy design.

The kingdom is still early. The biggest updates are still ahead.
